Young People – Tobacco and E-Cigarettes

This section of the toolkit has tobacco and e-cigarette resources targeted at young people.

The harmful effects of tobacco have been known since the mid 1900s. The recent Scottish Government focus has been on discouraging people from starting smoking (prevention), protection (such as from second hand smoke)and helping those who want to stop smoking (cessation). The harmful effects of tobacco underpin all three of these.
