Professionals – Alcohol

Although a legal drug, alcohol can have effects on health in both the long and short term. Effects can be on physical and mental health, social and economical. Alcohol is a depressant, and can make you feel calm and relaxed, and more outgoing and confident. This can make people take risks they wouldn’t normally take.
